Before starting any project we ask for a 50% refundable deposit (minus Paypal fees).
We accept payments via PayPal only. We will send you an invoice a few days before the commission starts. Timescale will be discussed together.
As for the balance, it must be paid as soon as you approve the final design of your cover and are 100% satisfied with it, and before receiving your final product.
At first, you will receive one design draft based on your requests. You can ask for as many changes as you want during this phase. If you don’t like what you see, we will prepare a second draft with your guidance, keeping in mind your feedback on the previous design/render you didn’t like.
Once the draft is approved, we will start working in high resolution. You will still be able to ask for minor changes (such as element position, color or font changes). However, your requests will need to adhere to the approved draft. If you change your mind about the overall design, extra fees will be charged according to how much time we will need to re-do the job.
General turnaround within 5 working days.
We have three types of covers/services:
Design Cover: traditional complex and multi-layered designs. Up to two (human) characters are included. Three or more characters require an additional fee of 25usd each.
Symbol Cover: In this type of covers typography and/or one main object have the most important role, decorated with decorative fancy elements.
Typography ONLY: when just typography is needed, no other elements or decorations will be included, you will be give a png file, that you can place on your own background image.
